Every week, we gather — simply, gently — to sit together in stillness.

No pressure. No expectations. Just 20 minutes to breathe, let go, and return to yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have been practising for years, you’re welcome here. This is a space to connect with your own inner calm, supported by a small and friendly group.

What to expect

  • A short welcome and settling in

  • A guided meditation to help you relax and centre yourself

  • A brief closing to carry the calm into the rest of your day
