Every month, we gather online — simply, gently — to sit together in stillness.

No pressure. No expectations. Just 20 to 30 minutes to breathe, let go, and return to yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have been practising for years, you’re welcome here. This is a space to connect with your own inner calm, supported by a small and friendly group.

What to expect

  • An open meditation space to help you relax and centre

  • A brief closing to carry the calm into the rest of your week
