A typical session includes guided stillness practices, reflective conversation, and practical tools you can use between sessions. Each one is tailored to your needs — some sessions might be more meditative, others more focused on exploring a particular life challenge.

 

6. How long is a session, and how often should I book?

Sessions are usually 30 minutes. Many clients choose to meet weekly or fortnightly at first, then move to monthly sessions as they integrate the practices into daily life.

 

7. Can this help with anxiety or stress?

Yes — Inner Stillness Coaching provides simple, practical ways to calm your nervous system and create space around your thoughts. While it’s not a substitute for therapy, it can be a powerful complement, helping you build inner resilience and emotional balance.
